MEET GRACE.

Grace Farren is a plant-based nutritionist with a degree in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics from New York University. Grace completed her Dietetic Internship with Wellness Workdays, specializing in corporate wellness in New York, Massachusetts & New Jersey. She has experience working in acute clinical rehabilitation, longterm care, and both weight loss + integrative wellness private practice.

Grace has been plant-based since 2011. Shifting to a plant-based diet and a modern + holistic approach to healing while studying conventional nutrition & dietetics has allowed for her degree to create an important nutritional foundation for her work, while her self-taught and evidence based studies in alternative nutrition & healing have helped her to better understand her own reproductive, digestive, immune & integumentary disorders. Through years of practice, Grace has worked to naturally heal her endometriosis, PCOS, IBS, chronic pain, cystic acne, brain fog + chronic fatigue.

Grace believes that mental health and spirituality strongly influence all of our choices and impulses - especially when it comes to food and wellness. She became practiced in the centuries-old technique of reiki energy healing in order to calm the mind, strengthen the body and release toxic energy blockages. Grace uniquely combines energy work with light therapy, infrared heat and PEMF to further increase healing on a cellular level, and to benefit the skin.

Nutrition by Grace, LLC is a private practice located in Manasquan, New Jersey where she takes a cohesive wellness approach to modern lifestyle nutrition + whole body holistic healing.
